Heat Software had existing email templates in Marketo that were not mobile responsive. Additionally, they were not optimized for viewing on email browsers that block images by default. We were tasked to re-design the templates. We did, making sure the email re-sized perfectly for mobile and the images didn’t get in the way of understanding the value proposition if they were never downloaded.
