Reaching C-suite executives has always been a challenge for marketers. However, executives are hungry for information and ideas to improve their business, and in this case we used a best-selling business book to give them incentive to open our direct mail advertising campaign envelope. We then triangulated from a preview of the book to how PeopleSoft can help them improve their bottom line.
