Targeted Email Marketing – Savvion pulls out the stops for Gartner Webinar
Savvion needed to gain traction in the highly competitive BPM (business process management) marketplace. Our client put together a great webinar featuring a leading Gartner analyst. Included was a tutorial on “how to make your first process improvement project a success — in as little as 90 days!” Our job: to pull out all the stops in promoting this event to the Savvion prospect base. We used targeted email marketing.
The initial email focused on the agenda for the event. A smart strategy because it proves there’s real content, and not just a sales pitch. Then, we sent out both two-day and two-hour reminder notices to people who registered – so they wouldn’t overlook the event. And to remind them of technical requirements.
