Amazon Consulting (which is now PartnerPath) is a partnering development software company that automates channel and alliance models through a partner portal and partner relationship management automation system (PRM).
Before we arrived, Amazon Consulting didn’t have an email marketing, marketing automation, or sales force automation system in place. We implemented Salesforce for them, setting up lead assignment rules and trained staff on how to use it.
We then assessed their needs and given their budget and staffing constraints, advised that an easy-to-learn email sending platform would serve their needs rather than the expense of a complex marketing automation set up.
We implemented ExactTarget (part of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and interfaced it with their Salesforce account. We also did the copywriting and design on a multi-touch account based marketing campaign series and trained internal staff on how to use ExactTarget.
