First Northern Bank is the Sacramento Region’s local leader in small-business and customer mortgage lending. Getting a new marketing automation set up often takes multiple steps of configuring user permissions, setting up the preference center, and creating a new set of mobile optimized templates. That’s where we came in. We studied their visual brand identity and designed a series of email templates for customer and eNewsletter emails. We also did the copy writing and design for a series of landing pages to be used for Google AdWords and Display Advertising. All pages were rigorously tested for responsive design and mobile compatibility. We took the burden off the shoulders of First Northern and delivered a complete set of templates within just a few short weeks of starting. Now their IBM Marketing Cloud is humming.
